What you get
The baseline. Six real customer questions for your business, asked twice each on ChatGPT and Claude with web search on. Twenty-four answers, each recording whether you were named, which competitors were, and which websites the AI relied on. Delivered as a written report and a full CSV.
The fixes, done by us. One landing page written for the customers you most want, with the location, ages or services, times, prices and a clear way to book, because that single page is what an AI assistant looks for and usually cannot find. Google Business Profile completed and corrected, with logo, categories, services and hours. LocalBusiness structured data written and installed, or handed to your web person with exact instructions. Name, address, phone and opening hours checked across the main UK directories and corrected where they differ. Bing Places and Bing Webmaster Tools set up and your sitemap submitted, since ChatGPT’s search draws on Bing and most local SEO work never touches it. One FAQ page in real question form, drafted from a twenty-minute conversation with you.
The rerun. Thirty days after the fixes, the same twenty-four questions again. You get a one-page before and after, with the numbers and the dates.
Price
£950 fixed. The first three founding clients pay £750, in exchange for feedback and permission to ask for a testimonial or an anonymised case study. A positive testimonial is not a condition.
Not included
Website redesign, theme development, ongoing content writing, paid advertising. If your site cannot serve real content to crawlers at all, that is quoted separately or referred to a developer.
Audit only
If you want the diagnosis without the fixes, the baseline audit and report on their own are £495. Most businesses find the fixes are the point.
Honest limits
No one controls what a third-party AI model says. We measure, we remove the reasons it has to ignore you, and we measure again. Results vary by question, model and date; two dated measurements show direction, not a permanent ranking.
